As Managing Director, McGrath will provide capital markets expertise and services through every stage of the acquisition and sales processes, helping clients meet strategic, operational and financial goals for their real estate investments.

McGrath joins Cushman & Wakefield from MRP Realty, where he specialized in the acquisition and development of land and income-producing properties across all product types in the northeast. He has personally managed nine million square feet of development and investments representing $2.2 billion of assets. Prior to joining MRP, McGrath worked in New York, Chicago and San Francisco developing and leasing commercial buildings.
McGrath has solidified himself as a leader in the commercial real estate industry, recognized as a “40 under 40” award winner by the Philadelphia Business Journal and a “35 under 35” honoree by Bisnow in Washington D.C., as well as being awarded the American Institute of Architects Henry Adams Certificate of Merit for excellence in the study of Architecture.
